Highs and Lows

Today was one of those days. I got up and was dressed early. I had energy and I was in a good mood. A very good morning to start off with. Lilly though, she did not have the same energy that I did. I had to threaten and make her cry just to get dressed. I hate when that happens. It happens almost every morning. She is the poky little puppy and I never have any time to waste. We are a horrible combination when it comes to time management. But I love her more than anything. I just hope that she loves me the same way.

Another Year Older......

I turned 27 today. It sounds so funny to say that I am 27. I feel like a 14 year old girl most days. It was a fun family day. Nathan agreed with minimal moaning to an Ikea trip. I was in love from the time I seen the first show room. It was my first Ikea trip, but definately not my last.
The kids woke me up with kisses and homemade cards. Both were sweet and loved by me. I had to laugh at Lorelei becaue she kept kissing me and telling me that was part of my present. I got lots of presents from her today! All in all my birthday was an awesome day. I hope that it is a preview of whats to come this year.
